DMOrbit connects with your Instagram account via Meta APIs to automate direct messaging. We only process comments, mentions, and text keywords specified by you. We do not store or read private personal messages.
The processed data is strictly used to trigger automated replies based on keywords configured in your DMOrbit dashboard. Your data is never sold, shared, or used for third-party tracking.
We use industry-standard encryption to protect your access tokens. You can revoke permissions at any time directly through your Facebook/Instagram Security settings.
